Hyperbound has been a great addition to our sales enablement workflow. One of my favorite features so far has been Kota AI. Having an AI assistant that can help analyze calls and answer questions quickly has been a huge resource for our team. Our reps often have questions about their scores or ask what they could have done better on a call. With Kota AI, I’m able to ask specific questions about their performance and get a clear breakdown of what happened in the conversation. For example, I recently used it to pull exact quotes from a call when a rep thought their scoring wasn’t accurate. Kota AI was able to show specific examples from the transcript, like where questions were closed instead of open ended, which made it much easier to explain the feedback. Being able to point directly to moments in the call makes coaching much more effective and objective. It also saves me a lot of time as a sales leader because I don’t have to manually dig through every call to find examples. Overall, it helps reps better understand their performance and gives them clear direction on how to improve.

One of the biggest traditional pain points within enablement is the application layer of skill development. The old way of doing things is putting people in break outs and have them awkwardly do a roleplay together with zero coaching and poor effectiveness. With Hyperbound, that completely changes the game. We like to think of it as an unlimited gym membership where a GTM professional can enter the gym to sharpen their existing muscles, and work on new ones as well (apply what they just learned). What surprised me most though is how valuable it’s become for our existing team, not just onboarding. Real Call Scoring has given us something concrete to coach from — actual moments, actual gaps — rather than just a manager’s gut feeling after a call. It’s one of those tools where you very quickly wonder how you managed without it.

Hey Hyperbound Team! I know I normally come to you with lots of questions/bugs/confusions but this time I just want to say thank you for Kota! I work with a lot of softwares and everyone has an AI Agent now but Kota is seriously one of the best! The UI is great, the capabilities are exactly what I need, and it has made my job a million times easier since I am creating 4-5 bots for a single enablement topic (to cover the different teams I work with and their different scorecard needs). Now I just create one and then have Kota create duplicates with new scorecards and some details tweaked. It is so obvious you have a stellar Product and Engineering team.
